Introduction:
This course is designed to provide a basic understanding of safety when handling chemicals and the steps for controlling chemical spills. Participants will learn how to identify risks, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and take immediate action in case of a spill. The main focus is on
ensuring everyone stays safe when working with chemicals.
Learning Objectives:
The purpose of this program is to educate the participants with brief information on the regulations relevant to chemical usage, ensuring the right and safe handling of chemicals, their hazard at the workplace and measures to be taken in order to work safely and also the Emergency resulting from chemical usage due to chemical spillage.
