Introduction:
BQ or BOQ is of paramount importance and spearheads the success of the Construction Industry to achieve the objective of the construction project by complying with the TRIPLE CONSTRAINT i.e. TIME, COST & QUALITY for the construction of Infrastructures, Buildings, Facilities, Power/Processing Plants, etc.
Construction is to deliver projects as intended comprised of various types i.e. Design Conventional
project, Turnkey project, EPCC project, etc. along with their project life cycle respectively. In the last few decades, a new type of construction has been embarked on prominently i.e. Design and Build Fast Track project. All these are improvements and developments in the construction industry which require advanced BOQ understanding.
