Introduction:

One of the best methods of improving a company safety program is to provide employees the opportunity to contribute through active involvement in safety committees. This program will provide safety managers, employees, supervisors, and current safety committee members with
the information needed to develop effective safety committees. Learn what safety committees can do; find out what they should NOT do. Determine how they can be organized, who should be on the committee, how to establish goals and much more. A safety committee is a group that aids and
advises both management and employees.
