This training is focus on Food allergens which represent one of the most serious food safety hazards in the entire food supply chain, significantly affecting public health.
It is going to learn all about how to keep food safe for everyone, especially those with food allergies.
We’ll cover from what allergens are, how to make sure they don’t accidentally get into food processing facility and practices. Besides, it is important for us in food manufacturing to know how to handle allergens properly. By managing allergens well, we’re not just keeping our product safe, we’re also showing that we alert on this hazard and proper complying standard and regulatory requirement.
