Introduction:
If there’s one thing that the most effective leaders and high-performing professionals have in common, and that anyone moving in 2024 needs to prioritize on their professional development radar, it’s possessing high levels of EQ (emotional intelligence). Learning Objectives:
This two-day program will incorporate the use of Neuro Associative Conditioning and Neuro Linguistics Programming to develop the EI skills in self-leadership by engaging the other person’s subconscious part of the brain to have a change in mindset and behavior. The following skills will be acquired in this program:
Improve participants’ communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills

Help participants develop a deeper understanding of their own emotions and how they affect their thoughts and behavior
Equip participants with strategies to manage their emotions, particularly in stressful situations, to maintain control and stay focused
Teach participants to recognize and understand the emotions of others, leading to more compassionate and effective interactions
