Introduction:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PM) is functions like the power system to modern transport for example motorcycle or mechanism system to manual transport like bicycle to produce the deliverable i.e. the product successfully benefiting all stakeholders.
Project Management is applicable to any sector of work or industry i.e. Construction,
Manufacturing, Transportation, Maintenance, Inspection, Business & Research and/or
Development.
The PM project covers all kinds of deliverables required by the client i.e. Infrastructures, Buildings, Power/Processing Plants, Facilities like airport & marine jetty etc. PM projects comprise various types i.e. Design Conventional Project, Turnkey Project, EPCC Project, etc. along with their project life cycle respectively. For the last few decades, a new project type has been discovered and has
been vastly embarked on i.e. Design and Build Fast Track project. All these are improvements and developments in the industry that require advanced PM 9-Essentials understanding.
Learning Objectives:
